Free shipping on all Australian orders over $250

International Postage

Postage starts from $35 and will be calculated at checkout. Please note, once the parcel arrives in your country, it is your responsibility to handle any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply. These charges are set by local customs authorities and can vary based on the destination and value of the goods.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our items we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds, where appropriate, are offered through PayPal and the cost of postage will be deducted from the refunded amount.

All items leaving Baby Bilby are thoroughly checked prior to being posted out.
