We offer $12.00 flat rate tracked shipping on orders under $200 within Australia

Free shipping on all Australian orders over $200

If you wish to have your item sooner, please contact us and we can upgrade your order to express postage for an additional fee with Australia Post. 

International Postage

Postage starts from $35 and will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our items we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds, where appropriate, are offered through PayPal and the cost of postage will be deducted from the refunded amount.

All items leaving Baby Bilby are thoroughly checked prior to being posted out.
